Kovos Producer Cooperative Teplice, is one of the best-known metal furniture manufacturers in the Czech Republic, with its tradition reaching as far back as 1951. High-quality materials and precise procedures guarantee a long service life
KOVOS products are manufactured from high-quality materials supplied by renowned suppliers only. Sheet metal parts processing is to a large extent done with the use of computer controlled machinery. The welding is achieved by a resistance welding method and by MIG semiautomatic machines. Products are packed standard into cardboard*, air sheet or fixing shrink-wrap. The packing strength can be increased (as per customer‘s request) by adding cardboard corners or cardboard protective elements to the top and bottom part of the product.

KOVOS manufacture is controlled in all its stages on the basis of our quality management system documented procedures. Inspections focus on both – monitoring of unfinished parts manufacturing procedures as well as the surface finish quality. The final inspection including (but not limited to) functional tests is carried out before the product’s packing. Employees of KOVOS are subject to continuous qualification trainings and are motivated to improve all the procedures.
